Today, Trenton serves as the Corporate Horticulture Manager for MGM Resorts, where he is responsible for overseeing the city-wide horticulture strategy and operations across seven major resorts in Las Vegas. His experience includes outdoor venues at several colleges and universities, mixed use and multifamily, masterplanning for large office complexes and integrated parks and plazas, and outdoor trail systems. Jeff works closely with the entire architectural and engineering teams on each project to ensure the design of buildings and outdoor spaces are tightly woven and inter-connected, making sure each outdoor space fits effortlessly with the natural ecosystems and architectural concepts. | RETAIL TRACK: Jennifer Moss Cornelison Moss Greenhouse Jennifer has grown up in a greenhouse with no plans of working in horticulture yet life brought her back. She and her brother are leading the company into the 4th generation. She served on the INLA Board for 8 years. Moss has been honored in the industry with the 40 under 40 Awards from Greenhouse Product New (GPN Magazine) in 2020 as well as receiving the HILA (Horticulture Industry Leadership Award) from Greenhouse Management Magazine in 2023. She recently graduated from the AmericanHort Horticulture Research Institute’s Leadership Academy Class of 2024 where they taught her to conquer the world one flower at a time. Currently she is serving as a Greenhouse Community Connector Lead for the AmericanHort Board of Directors keeping that group in line the best she can. Author of the annual Garden Trends Report, Dubow presents the report worldwide – from Italy to Chicago. Dubow is also a guest host on QVC for Cottage Farms, judge at the Philadelphia Flower Show, the inaugural recipient of the Emergent Communicator Award from GardenComm, serving her third term on the board of the Pennsylvania Landscape and Nursery Association, and a member of the Forty Under 40 from Greenhouse Product News. RETAIL TRACK: Rich Miller American Hydro Tech Born and raised in Upstate NY, I developed a love for the outdoors and the environment at an early age. I was lucky enough to spend a decade in the Renewable Energy industry based in Vail, CO where I designed and installed multiple solar PV and Thermal arrays. Once I moved to Denver, I worked in specialty construction including the project management and installation of residential and commercial green roof systems. Now, being fortunate enough to represent American Hydrotech, I have the industry perspective from the manufacturer as well as the installer. Still trying to save the planet, one roof at a time. |
