Position: Gower’s Assistant/Intern
Job Location: Rexburg, Idaho 83440
Description: The grower’s assistant/intern main tasks will
be in planting, and plant material maintenance throughout the
facility greenhouses, and containerized flooding areas. Will work
with labor crews, product loading, weed control, facility maintenance
among other duties.
Professional Requirements: Nursery experience, plant knowledge,
excellent organization and communication skills, ability to work
with teams of general laborers, eye for quality, ability to work
8-hour day, under adverse field conditions when necessary, flexibility
to handle diverse duties that vary, reliable, conscientious, safe,
be production and quality oriented.
