"Plant
This Not That" is a guide made especially
for Idaho gardeners to aid in identifying noxious and invasive
plants that may be found in yards, gardens, and even seen
sometimes in nurseries.
Many plants in your landscape could be invasive
plants. Do you have some that take over and cannot be controlled?
If so, they may be identified as invasive plants by using
the publication, and replaced with an alternative plant
species.

pull-out section of the Landscaping and Gardening in Idaho
Magazine produced by the INLA and the ISDA with a Specialty
Crop Grant.
The first section in this
center reference guide is a list of ISDA's noxious weeds
and suggested alternatives. The second section lists invasive
plants that Idahoans should eliminate, but are not on the
ISDA's noxious weed list yet. Let's eliminate them before
they become a problem in Idaho.
